At Venezianico, we strive for perfection in every timepiece, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn watch within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all protective films and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your timepiece in its original Venezianico box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
